Good deal on a necklace
I got the personalized nameplate necklace during their anniversary sale. The 20% off made it much more affordable. Shipping was free too since my order was over $150. Felt like good value for the quality of the gold vermeil.
Solid quality, minor issue
I ordered a gold vermeil initial necklace, specifically the 'A' pendant. The craftsmanship is really nice, it has a good weight to it and the chain feels sturdy. It arrived well-packaged too. My only small complaint is that it took almost two weeks to ship, even though it wasn't a fully personalized item. I've had faster shipping from other jewelers.
